The First Shop Company was established in 2008 as a limited liability company in the city of Aqaba under the supervision of the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority. The company's goal is:
Public investments, commercial agencies, imports, and exports with a capital of 6,000,000 Jordanian dinars
The Mall (The Fountain) project is one of the pioneering projects of the First Shop Company.
The fountain complex is located on a plot of 13,000 square meters, with a total area of 21,000 square meters, including 9,000 square meters of parking. The complex is designed according to the highest architectural and engineering specifications. It provides most of the features of green buildings and has its own renewable energy project.
